BVP CET MBBS 2017 – Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) has emerged as a global university with a wide offering of programs and courses spanning varied educational faculties. BVP CET MBBS 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • For admission in the MBBS course, the applicant must have passed his/her 12th grade (or any equivalent examination) with a minimum of 50% aggregate. The subjects studied must have been Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English.
  • The applicant must have also secured a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined at CET. The same applies for the privileged applicants, who require to score 40%.
  • S/he must be 17 years old to apply.
  • Entrance Exam Pattern and Content:
  • The MBBS course under BVDU has a total of 300 seats, 150 at Pune and another 150 at Sangli.
  • The examination will be of 3 hours and comprise of 200 questions. There will be 50 questions each on Physics and Chemistry. The rest 100 questions will be asked on Biology. There are no negative markings.

GCET 2017 – Application Form, Exam Dates, Syllabus

GCET 2017 – Goa Common Entrance Test is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa. The applicants will find admission in the Government, Government-aided and unaided colleges in Goa. The courses offered will be the Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Dentistry, Engineering, Medicine (Allopathic & Homoeopathy), Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences and Nursing. However in this article, the Medical courses will be brought into focus. In the year 1986, the Government of Goa had formed the Directorate of Technical Education to enable new technical educational institutions and courses in Goa.

GCET 2017 is the prerequisite examination for admission into any professional degree courses in the state of Goa. All the notifications related to the admission regarding GCET will be released in the five newspapers of the State of Goa, which are, Navhind Times, Herald, Gomantak (Marathi), Tarun Bharat (Marathi) and Sunaparant (Konkani). The rights regarding these press releases regarding GCET lies with the Director of Technical Education.

GCET 2017 Application Form

The application procedure of GCET can be carried out in the offline mode. One must download the Application Form from the website www.dtegoa.gov.in. It needs to be filled with authentic details and then, submitted. The Application Fee is INR 1500/-. It can be paid via a Demand Draft, addressed to “Director of Technical Education”, payable at Panaji. The documents should be submitted in person at the said Application Reception Centre, which will be in correspondence with the opted centre.

GCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian Nationals are allowed to apply for GCET. However, there are NRI reservations too. The minimum age requirement for applicants applying for Medicine, Dentistry, Homoeopathy Allied Health Sciences and Nursing is 17 years.
  • The applicants must have passed in their 12th grades. Their 10+2 Examinations must have been passed from a Board / University that is accepted as an equivalent to the H.S.S.C. Examination of Goa Board.The subjects studied must have been Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The minimum aggregate scored must have 50% (40% for the applicants applying against SC / ST / OBC quotas and 45% for applicants belonging to PH) in PCB combined.

KIMS UG Medical 2017 – Application Form, Exam Dates

KIMS UG Medical 2017 – Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) conducts undergraduate Medical Examinations for admission into the M.B.B.S. course. The postgraduate course it holds is M.D. However in this article, the UG course alone will be discussed.KIMS offers the M.B.B.S. course at the UG level with ayearly admission of 100 students. A tall academic standard is upheld by a qualified andcommitted group of professors, clinicians and scientists. The team is involved in teaching, research and technological developments in health care.The courses are accepted by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and the Medical Council of India. KIMS has 21 departments, which supply the study, management and inhibition of human diseases and maternity care.

Admission to the M.B.B.S. course will be conducted through Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE), an all-India Entrance examination held by KIIT University.

After that, s/he will be asked to enter a number that is displayed on the screen. On submitting the text, one can avail himself/herself to the Application Form.
    • The KIITEE Application Form has to be filled online. The application occurs over 3 months and so, the applicants have ample of time to apply for KIMS UG Medical.

  • The filled-in Application Form has to be saved and printed out by the applicants. It needs to be sent to The Director, Admissions, KIIT University, Koel Campus, Bhubaneswar, Odisha– 751024.
  • The Admit Card has to be downloaded whenever it will be available for downloading. Without producing the Admit Card, the applicant will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

  • The applicants must be between 17 and 25 years of age to be eligible for application. The privileged applicants are allowed to apply up to 30 years.
  • The applicants applying for KIMS UG MEDICAL need to have cleared their 10+2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in the three subjects other than English.However, the SC / ST applicants are accepted with a minimum of 40% marks in the three subjects.

KIMS UG Medical 2017 Exam Pattern

  • KIITEE will be conducted in the online mode. It will ask 180 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • Every question is given four options to answer from. The applicant has to click on the circle s/he feels is the correct answer. S/he can go to any question simply by clicking on the question number that will be appearing at the bottom of the screen.
  • Once a question is answered, the question number will turn green and the unanswered question number will remain blue. If the applicant is uncertain about any answer, s/he can mark that question for reviewing by clicking the ‘Mark for review button’. This will get unmarked once the answer is changed. If s/he wishes to change the answer of any question, it may be done by selecting the question and changing the answer by selecting the other option.
  • Each correct answer is rewarded 4 marks and 1 mark is negated for every incorrect answer.

KLEU AIET 2017 – Application Form, Exam Dates

KLEU AIET 2017  is a State Level Entrance Examination conducted by KLE University, Belagavi. It is a hub of fineness in Medical Education, Research, and HealthCare services at the national and the international level. KLEU conducts admission in various courses, among which is M.B.B.B. (undergraduate level). The KLE Society had established the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College at Belgaum in 1963.   • Persons above the age of 17 years are only eligible for application.
  • The applicantsmust have passed their 10+2 Examinations from any Board / University that is recognized by KLEU. Even foreign institutions are accepted by KLEU. The subjects studied must have been English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually and 60% must have been scored as an aggregate in PCB.
  • The printout of the Admit Card has to be taken and produced at the time of the examination.

RPET 2017 Application Form, Exam Dates, Pattern

RPET 2017 is a State Level Entrance Test which is conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. It is for admission into the various undergraduate courses in Engineering and Architecture. However in this article, the focus will be laid on the Engineering courses. The target institutions are certain Engineering Colleges of Rajasthan.

The examination is mainly for the students of Rajasthan. However, students from outside Rajasthan are also invited for RPET. They can get admission for the courses of B.E. or B.Tech. These applicants must apply through their JEE (Main) scores. 15% seats in the Private Unaided Engineering Institutions and 15% seats in the Self-Financed Courses in the Government-Aided Engineering Institutions of Rajasthan are reserved for such applicants.

The admission for RPET 2017 can occur only online. The Application Form has to be duly filled. A scanned photograph and signature must also be uploaded to complete the procedure. MP PET 2017 Application Form, Exam Date, Syllabus

MP PET 2017 was initially set-up as Pre-Medical Test Board by the Government of Madhya Pradesh (in 1970). Later, in 1981, Pre-Engineering Board was constituted. In 1982, both these Boards were combined and named as Professional Examination Board (P.E.B.). P.E.B., by Govt. Order No.1325-1717-42-82 dated 17.04.1982, has been assigned the responsibility of conducting entrance tests for admission to various colleges in the state. P.E.B.

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board is a self-financed, autonomous, incorporated body of State Govt. It has perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and hold property both movable and immovable and has the power to transfer any property held by it and to contract and do all other things necessary for the its constitution and may sue or get sued in its corporate name.

MP PET 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian citizens below 21 years are allowed to apply for MP PET 2017. A relaxation up to 5 years is given for those applying against SC/ST/PwD Quotas.
  • The applicants must have cleared his/her 12th grade with 55%. However, those applying against the abovementioned quotas can have achieved 50%. KEAM 2017 Exam Pattern

  • There will be two papers – Paper I and Paper II. Paper I includes the subjects Physics and Chemistry. Paper II includes only Maths. Each paper will last for 2.5 hours. The questions will be multiple choice questions, each with five options.
  • The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will publish the “Answer Keys” on the website of the CEE and in leading dailies, after the completion of all the examinations.

JCECE 2017 – Application Form, Exam Dates, Pattern

JCECE 2017 stands for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination. It is mainly an Engineering examination. However, it also conducts examinations for M.B.B.S., Agriculture, Forestry, B.V.Sc. & A.H., Homeopathy, and Ayurveda. It is a State Level examination. Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) was constituted under Section 85 of Bihar Re-Constituted Act, 2000 by the Government(vide Memo No. 374) on 29.03.2001. It is a self-financed, autonomous incorporated body of the State Government. The Government of Jharkhand has assigned the responsibility of conducting entrance tests for admission into thenumerous Institutions of the state. J.C.E.C.E.B. presently organizes approximately ten entrance tests yearly, JCECE being one of them.In this article, the focus will be placed on the Engineering courses. The basic criteria for application for JCECE are that the applicant must have scored a minimum of 45% in the 10+2 Examination.

JCECE 2017 Application Form

    • The Application Form for JCECE 2017 is an online one. It must be filled online at their official website: jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. Entries like Examination Details, Personal Details, Academic Details, Contact Details and Guardian Details must be inserted accordingly. A scanned photograph must be uploaded to complete the procedure.
    • The form must be submitted along with the corresponding fees. The Admit Card must be downloaded and printed whenever it will be applicable for printing. The printout has to be carried on the day of the examination. Any mistakes on the card is changeable. Regarding that, communication must be made with the JCECE Secretariat immediately.

  • There are 3 papers, PCM, PCB and PCMB. For PCM, the fee for the General and Backward Classes is INR 550/-. Applicants applying against the SC/ST quota have to pay INR 275/-. The same fee applies for PCB. For the combined paper PCMB, the fee for the General and Backward Classes is INR 600/-. Applicants applying against the SC/ST quota have to pay INR 325/-.
  • The tie breaking criteria is that the marks of the applicants scored in Section I will be considered. If the tie persists, their marks in Section II will be considered. If the tie persists, the younger applicant will be given preference. Lastly, the applicants’ names in the alphabetical order will be considered.

  • Indian citizens, who are permanent residents of Jharkhand, are allowed to apply for JCECE 2017.
  • The applicant must have passed his/her 12th grade with the subjects Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with either Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject.
  • S/he must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. An applicant about to appear for the final examination of the 12th grade can also apply but s/he needs to pass before the counselling.

JCECE 2017 Exam Pattern

  • There will be two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be held in both the modes – online and offline. The online mode is termed as Computer Based examination. The offline mode is termed as Pen and Paper Based examination. The applicant has to select which mode s/he wants to opt for. Paper 2 will be held only in the Pen and Paper mode.
  • Paper 1 is for admission into B.E. or B.Tech. Paper 2 is for admission into B.Arch. or B.Planning. Paper 1 includes the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Paper 2 includes the subjects Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test.
  • The questions asked will be objective type questions. The questions for the drawing test will be suited for asking drawing typed aptitude questions.
  • The results will be available on: http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/Links/result_card.aspx.The applicant needs to insert the name of the examination, in this case, JCECE. The result will then be displayed.

JAC 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: An Indian citizen must be applying for JAC 2017. The following personnel are eligible to apply against the NRI Quota:

    • Foreign nationals (citizens of countries other than India who are not persons of Indian origin)
    • Persons of Indian origin, but are citizens of countries other than India and hold the passport of that country

  • Children of persons of Indian origin, who have resided in a country other than India at least for three years immediately preceding the year of admission in the University.
  • A minimum of 45% (40% for the reserved categories) must have been achieved in the 12th grade by the applicant.
  • She/ he must have compulsorily appeared for JEE (Main) 2017.
  • The eligibility criteria as per the CBSE for B.E./B.Arch. is required to be fulfilled by the applicant.
  • An applicant who has received a compartment in the 12th grade will not be eligible for admission under JAC 2017.
  • Aggregate marks percentage in the 12th grade will be worked out as suggested by the certificate awarding Board/University/Council.
  • The Sports Category and the Defence Category under JAC 2017 will be exempted from the AIR declared by JEE (Main) 2017.

Applicants who are interested must fill and submit the application form of JAC 2017.
Steps for applying for AEEE form are mentioned below:
Step No. 1 – The Application Form for JAC 2017 is an online one. Please fill it online at http://www.chdenggadmissions.nic.in. The payment has to be made simultaneously.
Step No. 2 – The Roll Number and Password used for JEE (Main) 2017 has to be used for registration under JAC 2016.
Step No. 3 – Only a few additional details need to be inserted, as the remaining details are those retained from JEE (Main) 2017.
Step No. 4 – Students applying under the Sports and Defence Quotas are required to confirm their application on the confirmation page.
Step No. 5 – After the application form is completed, it has to be submitted along with the corresponding fees.

  • The Registration Form must be filled online and submitted with the required non-refundable fees of INR 1200/-. This is for the open category.
  • The payment can be made either through the debit card, or the credit card or the E-Challan.
JAC 2017 Selection Mode
 
  • The selection mode for JAC admissions will be based on the scores of JEE (Main) 2017 and the 12th grade. 60% weight-age will be given to JEE (Main) and 40% to the 12thgrade score. The All India Rank prepared by CBSE will be the determining factor for admission to B.E. (or B. Tech.) and B. Arch. for JAC-2017.
  • The applicants applying against the SC/ST and PwD quota will also be granted admission on the basis of the relaxation determined by CBSE for Central Counselling.
  • The eligibility of the applicants belonging to Backward Classes will follow the above mentioned pattern and even Other Backward Class (OBC) applicants belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) will be admitted for JAC 2017.

Age Criteria for JEE Advanced 2017 To apply for JEE (Advanced), the applicant must have been born on or after 01.10.1991, if belonging to the GEN or OBC-NCL category. S/he must be born on or after 01.10.1986 if applying against the SC, ST or PwD quota.
